3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, including cloud hosting providers (AWS, GCP), payment processors, telecom operators, and analytics services. All providers are bound by strict data processing agreements.

Telecom Partners

To deliver messages, we share necessary routing information with telecom operators, WhatsApp/Meta, email service providers, and RCS aggregators. Only the minimum data required for message delivery is shared.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government regulation. This includes compliance with TRAI directives, law enforcement requests, and regulatory audits.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Data Security

Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. API keys are hashed using bcrypt. Payment information is tokenized and never stored on our servers.

Infrastructure Security

Our infrastructure is hosted in ISO 27001 certified data centers in India. We employ multi-layer firewalls, intrusion detection systems, DDoS protection, and 24/7 security monitoring.
