Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum throughput for SMS?
Default: 100 SMS/second for transactional, 50 SMS/second for promotional. Enterprise plans can scale to 5,000+ SMS/second with dedicated routes.
What are the SMS delivery SLAs?
Transactional: < 5 seconds (99.5% within SLA). Promotional: < 15 seconds. We provide real-time SLA monitoring in the dashboard.
Can I send international SMS?
Yes. QuickComm supports international SMS to 200+ countries. International routes do not require DLT registration. Pricing varies by country.
How does DLT auto-scrubbing work?
Every outgoing message is matched against your registered DLT templates before dispatch. If no match is found, the message is held and you receive an alert.
What happens during telecom operator outages?
QuickComm has multi-operator failover routing. If one operator has issues, messages are automatically rerouted through alternate carriers.
